What happens during a furnace tune-up?

  • We come to your home, check the gas pressures and temperatures and ensure that your furnace is working ideally in the range that it should be (which will extend the lifetime of the furnace).

  • We check the motors, amperage and identify if any upcoming repairs will be needed.

  • We clean the flame sensor, check heat exchangers for cracks, and do a carbon monoxide analysis.
